
LEMON GLASSED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons seasoning juice
8 chicken legs
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend the onion, lemon and seasoning juice.
2. Brown the legs in the pan, pour the previous mixture and the water, boil for eight minutes.
3. Add the tablespoon of honey and parsley, arrange the legs in a baking sheet.
4. Bake for five minutes or until golden brown.
