Pave with chocolate and passion fruit mousse

INGREDIENTS:

2 sliced ??chocolate flavored pullman cakes
2 XICARAS (cha) milk
Musse:
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of whey cream without serum
2 XICARAS (cha) of concentrated passion fruit juice
Syrup:
2 SOUPÇON pulp
1/2 xicara (cha) of sugar
Coverage:
2 XICARAS (cha) of chantilly purchased ready



DIRECTIONS:

Paper the bottom of a 34 cm x 20 cm with half the sliced ??cake and water with half of the milk.
For the musse, in the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the passion fruit juice until it is very creamy. 
Pour half of that musse over the cake
Take the fridge for 30 minutes to sign a little.
Cover with the rest of the cake, water again with the leftover milk, spread the rest of the musse and carry the fridge for 2 HOURS.
For the syrup, mix the ingredients in a pot, light over low heat, remove and let cool.
Cover the pavé with the whipped cream and decorate with the syrup before serving
