LEMON SQUARE WITHOUT SUGAR

INGREDIENTS:
For the base:
Sugar free cookies 170 gr.
Butter (butter) 50 gr.
For the filling:
Eggs 3 u.
Hileret Zucra (sucralose) 4 sachets
1 lemon juice
1 lemon zest
Cream cheese 100 gr.
Milk 220 ml.
Corn starch 30 gr.

DIRECTIONS:
Place the cookies in the mixer or processor until you reach a sandblasting and add the melted butter.
Place the preparation in a 20 x 20 cm mold.
lined with lard paper and take to the refrigerator.
On the other hand, place all the ingredients in the blender (or with a mixer) until well integrated.
Bring the preparation over medium heat until it boils and cook for 1 minute (while stirring).
Finally place the preparation on the mold with the cookies and bring to cold for at least 4 hours.
Then cut into squares (approximately 9 come out) and ready to eat!
